The conference fee is 2750 NOK (corresponding to 475 USD or 320 EURO in September 2009) and that includes the following:
- Conference rooms and material
- Two lunch meals
- Reception at the Town Hall
- The fjord tour with tall ship Christian Radich (incl. dinner on board)
- Galla dinner at Grefsenkollen
Please note that accommodation is not included in the conference fee.

Special registration for accompanying persons for the fjord tour on board Christian Radich (650 NOK).
Special registration for accompanying persons for the galla dinner at Grefsenkollen (1000 NOK).
The hotel rate is 1445 Norwegian kroner (NOK), corresponding to 250 USD or 165 EURO per night (as of September 2009). CIMaR 2010 has 120 rooms reserved, and has also made reservation at a youth hostel nearby, quite cheap - but several persons in the same room. In addition we have also made 60 reservations for rooms on the night May 29-30. There will be a lot of pressure on the hotel capacity this weekend due to the Eurosong contest. Luckily, CIMaR 2010 got the rooms reserved before young Alexander Rybak won in Moscow 2009!! It is quite difficult to get rooms in Oslo for those dates now.
